My car engine lights, nothing comes on. But i’m still concerned if my car will make it through the winter and nothing unexpected suddenly happens.

The only thigns I do feel my car does, and it can be my being paranoid and feelings things that aren’t there, but there is a pull when I accelerate at times and when I start my car I hear somethign rattle like something is loose, now it could be the car just being ON, but i’m not sure.

    Answer:
An “OBD test” is not going to tell you about any impending doom your car is going to experience.

It is going to tell you if the car is currently (or in the recent past)
experienced any part failures, mostly engine related parts.
Ie a spark plug / cylinder misfire, fuel rich or lean, or an EGR valve failure, Etc.
Or if the car is not meeting government mandated emissions (DEQ) standards.
Also the test Auto zone did for you is an OBD test.

If you hear a rattle, take the car to a trusted mechanic, someone you, your friends, or family have used in the passed.
Dealers are fine, they are just usually more expensive.

    Good Luck
