Which OBD scanner to use?

I have Chrysler Sebring 1996 but on door sticker it says manufactured in 1995.
Since OBD 2 was introduced in vehicles in 1996 I’m not sure what scanner I need.

If your car says like 5-10-1995 it is a 1996 md car , now if the sticker in the sayed it was 5-10-1994. it would be a 1995 md car . OK to be sure look on the title on the tag paper and see what year it sayes it is and then you will know 4-sure .

If you can’t find the obd ii plug then no use having a obd ii scanner.
